There have been some issues posting tickets to the client area the last couple of days following the site upgrade. I've done some work on the ticket posting process and believe I have everything sorted out.
I apologize for the issues, but there were some inevitable problems after such a major update. It's all behind us now and we can concentrate on moving the software forward again.
If you had been sitting on an issue because you couldn't submit a ticket, please go ahead and try to submit the ticket now. If anyone still has trouble post in this topic the exact problem (error message, etc.) and I'll revisit it.
