If you change the support topic text, it loses its line breaks.
I changed mine very slightly, and then used the tool to rebuild them (the last tool on the page 'Rebuild support topic text'

I had to manually add line breaks to fix, so I used this:

I also note after saving the topic template in the ACP, the break tags disappear.
Can reliably reproduce this if you cannot.
