Cannot write a post

When I try to write a post, I get an error:

Query failed: ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: "" LINE 1: ..."new_topic") VALUES(1,1,1,'10.0.0.125',1264253490,'','To jes... ^ in /var/www/InsideTheWeb-Forum/ips_kernel/classDbPgsql.php on line 207

I guess it's an empty field, where integer was excepted?
