I've just been working with Technical support to figure out why we couldn't move POSTS (Moving TOPICS works fine)... we get this error: [#10367] You do not have permission to carry out that function.
They have narrowed it down to the skin. Our forum is here: http://www.lawn-greetings.com/forum/ The date I have on the files we downloaded is December 29, 2009.
This is the info I received from the Tech Support:

There is an issue with your custom skin. The POST value for "do" should be "postchoice' but it's coming in as "-1". If I switch to the default skin, it's fine. I suspect you have a form being opened before the moderation form has been closed. I would recommend contacting whoever made your custom skin for assistance.
I really don't know much about skinning, mostly what I did was import the skin, and change colors using css, but I did have to also add in the advertisements area at the top (not sure if that could be causing this?) I did try removing the code for the adverts and I still get the error.
I could really use some help to figure out how to correct this, so we can moderate posts.
Thank you very much for your time.
