Installation
1. Upload the content of UPLOAD folder to the root of the forum.
2. Install the plugin
3. Create a new payment method in Commerce -> Settings -> Payment Methods on the basis of Gate2Shop
4. Check the permissions for the following files:
* applications/nexus/interface/gateways/gate2shop/dmn.php
* applications/nexus/interface/gateways/gate2shop/handle.php
