When I have a design idea in my head, I have to put it down in photoshop that moment or I wont get any peace and I can't concentrate on anything else. I usually get most of my ideas late at night, but not always. I'm working such long hours, my daughter's diet consists of chicken mcnuggets from McDonald's and Chicken Fries from Burger King and Easy Mac or tomato soup. This is not good, and it's 100% fixable, so here goes...
My new work schedule:
Monday through Friday: 8:00am to 2:00pm I will work on the following:
Phone, Email & PM Support
Custom Skin Orders
Custom Logos, team icons, banners, etc
You must realize, I can't commit all 6 of those hours to doing only one thing or handling one order. I must answer the phone when it rings for phone support, which means I have to stop what I'm doing in order to do that. So this means it may take a few days to get your order completed, no matter how small the job might be. I can't help this. I don't have a secretary to answer the phone or the emails for me. Hopefully one day, IBSkin will start bringing in the big bucks and I can afford to hire one. (((fingers crossed tightly!!!))) 
Monday through Friday: 2:00pm to 5:00pm I will work on the following:
Phone, Email & PM Support
Skin bug reports
Skin upgrades
Forum Support
After business hours (meaning after 5:00pm) and on the weekends I will use that time to actually cook real meals for my family, make new premium and limited edition skins, enhance the IBSkin forums, write updates in my blog and just erase all the stress and worries of the day so I can actually sleep and start off with a fresh new day when I wake up the next morning and ready to do it all over again with at least 6 hours of sleep from now on. I can't keep going like this, being tired all the time and not able to concentrate and making mistakes in my skins because people can be so damanding.
I will no longer answer any support emails after 5pm monday through friday or on the weekends. They will have to sit in my in-box until the next morning. I will no longer feel obligated to work on any custom orders on the weekends, no matter how backed up I am. I will sign in a few times a day on the weekends to fill skin orders if I can, and Dalton & Louis are also here to fill skin orders most of the time too, but I'm not going to feel like I have to be tied down to this computer anymore on the weekends, worried that I have to fill each order the moment it comes in or I will have a paypal dispute on my hands. If I can't get the work done in the estimated time that I have given to each customer, I will offer customer credit in the skin shop in return for your inconvenience and to thank you for your patience and understanding. Any customer that opens a paypal dispute will be banned from IBSkin and your order will not be filled. I will also drag on the dispute as long as possible to make you wait to get your money back. At the most, I have drug on a paypal dispute as long as 9 months before, and I've got all my notes here on how to do it again if necessary. I will not just give in anymore. I will not allow myself to go through all the stress and worry anymore that if I don't do everything all the time, 24 hours a day, that I will be punished by having my hard earned money taken from me. In-Store credit is as fair as I can get. If you have purchased a skin pack with a custom logo and your skin pack is delivered to you, but you are having to wait a month for the logo and you open a paypal dispute for the full amount of the purchase to be refunded after you already received the skin, you will be banned and I will drag out the dispute for months and you will not get your logo. What people like that are doing is the same as steeling. I'm not being a hard ass. I just have to take control of my schedule from here on out. Other sites may be able to deliver faster, but their quality is not as good and they have far less customers to satisfy, so I'm sure it's easier for them. Besides, most skinning sites are not full time businesses like mine is. This is my full time career, not just a hobby.

Once these 5 orders are complete, I will be starting with a clean slate, and I will not allow myself to get behind on work again. I will post regular waiting lists on the forums so that all are aware of my schedule and how long to expect for custom work to be done.
By the way, 4 other custom skin inquiries came in while i was working today that I haven't received final confirmation on just yet, so when I do, they too will be added to my work load which of course will added to the waiting list.
