This is a blue and yellow skin that is very much like the old "Beachcomb" skin done by another designer years ago for a much older version of IPB. He turned his skins over to one of our staff, who gave me consent to redesign it for IPB 3.0 and now it's available to you here at IBSkin with a new name and a face lift!
