| As most of you may know,
our site was viciously hacked a few days ago. Needless to say, we
now have software that automatically generates a nightly backup of
all our data so we do not experience anything like this again.
However, we lost all members,
posts, sales info and support tickets for September 13th through
October 13th. If you had a support ticket in, we ask that you please
resubmit it as soon as possible. If you had a skin sale that is not
showing up in your client area, we ask that you please PM or email
Evanescence at sherri@ibskin.com with your paypal
purchase info so your
purchase can be reentered into the skin shop database. We are very
sorry for the inconvenience this has caused many of you. |

| As luck would have it,
while our site was being hacked, my home was also broken in to and I
was also viciously attacked. I was in the hospital for a few days,
which is why we are behind schedule on the Halloween skin release. I
am home now and have had a complete recovery, and my family is doing
just fine. We have installed enough security and video surveillance
to insure our home is nearly as safe as Fort Knox, so I doubt
anything like this will ever happen again. Thankfully, my daughter
was not harmed and my mother jumped in her car to drive 8 hours up
here in the middle of the night and my husband was brought in off
the ship to be with us right away. Those guys he's working for are
some really amazing men. They were so kind and helpful and I can
never thank them enough for all they did for our family. |

| The Pumpkin Patch
Skin, Pro Blue & FreedomTech skins will all be released next week.
In addition, there will be maintenance releases for all current
skins in the skin shop as well, since IPS has just released IPB
3.2.3. I have been absent from the site a LOT and I have not
released skins as frequently as I had hoped to since IPB 3.2 was
released because the guys that broke in our house have been
tormenting me for quite some time now, and I was having to stay
awake nights to guard the house while my husband was offshore
working, and sleeping during the day, but now the house is fully
secured, locked down and surrounded with video surveillance, and I
have been able to get back on my regular working schedule, you will
begin so see a very high frequency in skin releases from here on
out. |
