New content link in IP.Mobile even when not logged in, always gives no results

In IP.Mobile the link for "New content" is always shown, even if the user is not logged in. In IP.Board theme this links is hidden for guests as it always returns zero for non-logged in users, and as such it should be displayed in the drop down menu in IP.Mobile only if the user is logged in.
