After covering my application it some how deleted the main pages i had been working on along with blog posting further researching into the matter there seemed to been also a few issues with importing admins with same email address's this could be a possible issue in long run
Importing users that where already there in the wordpress installed work as long as it didn't overwrite or delete users and ignoring duplicates helped as well.

upto importing the admins and altering the ids so their not causing issues you then merge as necessary but that seems to of caused a issue i think but not able to confirm further checking required for that part
