I have now installed IP.Board 3.1.2 with PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5. During installation of IP.Links 3.2.1 or 3.2.2 I have got an error:

Field 'app' doesn't have a default value
I believe it could be a problem with compatibility with MySQL 5, right? I tried to install IP.Links versions 3.2.1 and 3.2.2, but both cause same eroor. I don't use any mods (just official Blogs, Downloads and Gallery).
