Shoutbox text

Hi,
I have some problem with IP.Shoutbox.
Now, I am using IPB 3.1.3 and IP.Shoutbox 1.1.3 with Velvet Skin.
After install, in ACP or board. All the text is not showing.Please take a look a picture.






How can I fix this?
