Here's how to get started. head on over to http://client.ipbcustomize.com and select the order you want. Once you do, just add it to your cart, enter any coupon codes if any, then proceed to check out. If your an existing customer you can login, if not then please fill out all the fields below. For Custom Skin orders we ask you to add these questions and answer them to the "Order Notes" field (very last box);

If you are not ordering a Custom Skin, we still ask that you write and answer the following question in the "Order Notes" field.
IPB Customize Username:
Once you have submitted your order, and paid the deposit. You will be contacted on IPB customize for any addition information so we can start your order right away. Most orders take up to 7 business days, but be aware to recent high client volume, it may take up to 14 business days in some cases. Once we are finished with your order, all thats left to do is pay the other half of the payment, to do this log into the client area, view your order, and select order addons. There you will find the option to pay the other half of the payment.
