Icelabz Sitemap 2.4.1 Beta 4

All Please find attached the latest revision to the sitemap.

Please be patient while I get this working as there is a lot of things that is working for some. It is working on my development board but I cannot check it against Google one out of 2 of my mates website are working so I am trying to figure it out.

What I need from you is to test it. So far the main sitemaps such as Topics are not affected.

This update contains:

• Fix to sitemap limit by using a dropdown instead of letting users placing their own numbers.
• Included a switch operator with multiple case to help fix the typo issue.
• Cleared up a few SQL (downloads and blog)
