Renaming SubMenu links

Here is a quick tutorial on renaming links in the submenu, these include "Calendar" , "Help" , "Members" , "Search" as well as component links installed by modifications.

Connect via FTP. Open /cache/lang_cache/ (language folder name) /lang_global.php

For Gallery / Blog / Downloads, same file...

If it's a modification or other component, look near the end of that file, typically it will have something like this...

'tb_tracker'  => "Tracker",

That's for the Bug Tracker, but you see the idea...

'tb_somemod'  => "Its displayed name is here",

Alternative method if you cannot find it > ACP > Admin > Components > (Note: this is on the left side menu of the admin tab NOT the main components tab!) > Manage Components >

Edit the component , scroll down to "Component Board Header Title" and put the text into there.
