[RM030] IPG 3.x - Hook Categories on Post Form

This hook allows you to place a dropdown list of postable categories on the gallery post form for Single, Bulk or Zip file images.

The dropdown defaults to the category selected but if changed the image(s) are posted to the category chosen.
