Last X images on a php page

This will allow you to define the X amount of images to show on any php page.

Also added option to show X random images!

Tested and working on IPG 2.1 and 2.2.0 Beta3

Updated to reflect image link differences between 2.1 and 2.2

Updated the file to allow for thumbnails and added some extras
