This mod don't allow your members to reopen a topic closed by moderators in certain groups if your members have the ability to open/close their own topics.

• Allow only certain groups to use close permanently a topic (for example super moderators)

• The mod covers every "Close Topic" function of the board (AJAX Forum View, Topic View, Multi Moderation in Forum View)
