Not Jumping to Newest Post?

So whenever you hit the topic links on the main page and the links is something like this http://risk-rpg.com/index.php?showtopic=1170&view=getnewpost it's supposed to jump you down to the bottom to the newest post, but it doesn't. It also doesn't jump down to a post you specified, say if you used this link http://risk-rpg.com/index.php?showtopic=1239&st=0&gopid=8436&#entry8436

It used to though. Is there a way to fix this?
